Summary:
The Construction Office Assistant will provide support to the construction and sales teams by keeping a current project line for each customer's home, as well as communicating with customers whose homes have been ordered.

00 per hour Supervisory
Responsibilities:
? None to start ? Opportunity exists for growth into a supervisory role Duties/Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
? Track and coordinate all construction projects to include providing progress updates to managers, staff, and customers.
? Collect and maintain all required documentation of W9's, insurance binders, sub-contractors, invoices, ACH payment forms, estimates and any other document related to the construction process to include documentation needed to obtain the necessary permits.
? Facilitates a cooperative, communicative, and productive relationship with all customers, staff, vendors, financial institutions, and any other business entity a part of our customers' home experience.
? Coordinate with Construction and Project Managers to prepare bid requests for contractors to include awarding jobs to sub-contractors, ensure compliance and code requirements for each county or municipality is being met.
? Scheduling inspections when required.
? Maintain records of all construction completion dates, including progress of each project and attending the necessary meetings to obtain or relay pertinent information.
? Create and maintain construction invoicing, change orders, credits, check requests to include submitting bills for payment and tracking invoices.
? Ensure all change orders are properly documented in the required database or form to include any price increases.
? Adhere to budget and time constraints, keeping customers updated on schedule changes.
? Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and
Experience:
? High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
? Experience in an office setting, required.
? Experience in construction operations and scheduling, preferred.
Physical Requirements:
? Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
? Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
? Must be able to work cooperatively and patiently with a variety of personalities.
? Must dependable and able to meet scheduling requirements and deadlines.
? Professional appearance and demeanor, required.
Other Requirements:
? Clear background check and drug screening, required.
? Available to work some Saturdays, as needed.
Supervision:
The Construction Office Assistant is supervised by the Construction Manager and General Manager.
