Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in their activities of daily living.
You encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.
You create a safe environment where residents can thrive Maintain medical records and written documentation assuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with federal and state regulations, certification standards, legal and ethical standards.
Transport assigned residents to and from appropriate dining areas.
Feed or assist any resident as needed.
Make frequent rounds and check on residents.
Supervise nurse's aides, making sure they are assisting and caring for residents appropriately.
Assist CNA staff with direct resident care when necessary.
Follow-up to ensure correction of any problems found.
