Meadow View of Harrisonville is searching for an experienced HR/Payroll Coordinator to join our team! About the Opportunity The HR/Payroll Coordinator is responsible for all HR/Payroll functions for the facility in accordance with company standards and procedures and applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations and as directed by the Administrator. Responsible for the accurate and timely submission of facility payroll information for processing. Responsibilities: (summary) Assists in planning, developing, organizing, implementing and evaluating HR functions, activities, and Accounts Payable functions of the facility. Maintains personnel files in compliance with company standards and applicable state and federal guidelines. Advise Administrator of recruiting and compensation trends in the local market; conducts periodic wage surveys to ensure local market competitiveness, as directed. In concert with Staff Development, assists with orientation of new staff to facility and explains personnel policies and procedures, payroll procedures, regulations, etc.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
